If you have installed the CMM in a powered-off system, the CMM completes the following sequence of operations:
CMM receives 3-volt auxiliary standby power and comes out of reset.
While the CMM boots up, the green OK LED on the CMM is set to the slow blink state.
When the CMM has booted, the CMM sets the green OK LED on the FIM and CMM to the standby blink state, indicating that the chassis is now ready for full power-on.
