ACI keeps history information each time an entry runs.

You can use the run history to see the times at which the entries ran and whether the entries ran successfully. You can specify how many run history occurrences to keep or for how long to keep them. For example, you can keep the run history for the ten latest occurrences or for schedules that ran in the last two months.

A report output version is also kept each time a report is run according to a schedule. You can specify how long to keep report outputs for individual reports.
