You schedule reports that previously ran successfully, but now fail. The following error message appears:
CAM.AAA Error authenticating user
This may happen because a user changed a password. ACI uses a copy of the user ID and password to run the scheduled report.
Steps to Renew Credentials
The solution is for the user to renew their credentials.
Ask the user who scheduled the report to log on to Reporting Center.
Click Preferences.
On the General tab, scroll to the bottom.
Click Renew my credentials.
Note that this does not apply to users from a Series 7 namespace.
