To access Search Administration:
Make sure your database is running.
Deploy the EAR to your application server. See the Search Installation Roadmaps section of the Planning Your Search Installation chapter for details on how to build EAR files for different Search combinations.
In your Web browser, access the ATG Business Control Center on your administration server. The default location is
hostname:port/atg/bcc.Enter your login and password.
In the left navigation area, click ATG Search Administration.
Click a menu option to begin working with Search Administration.
Note: If you are familiar with ATG Content Administration, bear in mind that Search Projects are not related to Content Administration Projects.
The ATG Search Administration interface is loaded into the current browser window. See the ATG Search Administration Guide for administration tasks.
