You can share your pages so that other users can view or modify them.
To view a page, read, traverse, and execute permissions for the page are required. To modify the page, write permissions are also required. Access permissions for the portlet instances are based on the page permissions.
If you did not create the page in Public Folders, copy it there from your personal folders.
Specify which users, groups, or roles can have read, traverse, execute, or write permissions for the page you want to share. For more information, see “Managing Access Permissions“
