You log on to ACI as an authenticated user and your session expires. When you run a report using run options, a User Already Authenticated error message appears.
To correct this problem, do one of the following:
Clear your cache and run the report again.
Close your browser, open it again, and restart your ACI session.
Log on to ACI again, reauthenticate, and then click the back button in your browser to return to the portal. Run the report again.
