Enabling the Repository Cache Lock Managers

(CIM performs this task automatically.)

Configure the /atg/dynamo/service/ClientLockManager and /atg/dynamo/service/ServerLockManager components according to the instructions in the ATG Installation and Configuration Guide. Note: Only one ServerLockManager should be enabled.
