Settings changed in the Search or Browse “Max Num of Results” segment option in Service Administration do not affect the Self Service application:

Self Service > Segment > Search > Max Num of Results

Self Service > Segment > Browse > Max Num of Results

Workaround: Configure these settings directly in Oracle ATG Web Commerce Search, in the /atg/svc/search/SearchService component. The following example shows settings for 50 search results and 200 browse results:

(13272396) When setting the number of columns on home page layout screen, if you are using percentages to set the width of the columns, the total widths of all columns should not be greater than 99.2%.
In Self Service, the total width of columns on the page cannot exceed 99.2%. For example, when configuring two columns, you can configure each column to be rendered up to 49.6%. Configuring two columns at 49.6% sets the total of both columns to 99.2%.
