(13271349) After passing in a search term that includes a delimiter, duplicate search terms are created in the Research tab after clicking find.
Duplicate search terms are created when passing in the delimiter through the CRM integration and then clicking Find.

(13276023) Recommended Reading solutions are sorted alphabetically and when solutions are deleted from the list, they are deleted alphabetically, not by date.
No Create Date is stored in the Recommended Reading solutions, so there is currently no way to delete the solutions based on date.

Workaround: Increase the Recommended Reading list size so that no solutions are deleted.
