Whenever activity related to solutions occurs, errors appear on the console. The Hot Solution, Top Solution and Best Bet panels are not populated correctly. This only occurs if there is no index available, for example, indexing has not yet occurred.
Workaround: Run an indexing job to create an index.
(13276156) When you use Advanced Options to search in Self Service, selecting none of the document format options is the same as selecting all of them: the search returns all documents that match the criteria, regardless of document format.
