To complete setup of the Inventory Management Command Center:
Set up steps for resource requirements components on the Shipping Dashboard.
Load Movement Statistics and Exceptions data.
Note: System administrators must assign the Movement Statistics ECC Data Load concurrent program to the request group associated with a responsibility.
Prerequisite: For the Movement Statistics and Exceptions dashboards to display accurate data, schedule the following programs to run periodically in Oracle Inventory:

Set a value for each user profile option to specify how Inventory Management Command Center controls access to and processes data:
Profile Option Name | Description |

INV: ECC Max Days for Track and Trace | This site-level profile option specifies the maximum number of days that the Inventory Track and Trace Data Load program considers to load data. The default value is 30. |
INV: MVT ECC Full Load Days | This site-level profile option determines the age of movement records that the Full Load option of the Movement Statistics ECC Data Load program selects. The default value is 365 (that is 365 days past from the current system date). The full load option selects only the movement records whose transaction date is within the profile value. For example, if the profile is set to 365 days, then the full load does not select a back dated movement record created today for a transaction date in January 2021. Based on your business requirement, decide how many years of movement records data that you want to view. You can specify the number of days or else the program considers the default value of 365 days. The data load program's incremental load option works based on a record's last update date value. On 29th January, 2025, when you create a back dated record with the transaction date in January 2021, the last update value is recorded as 29/Jan/2025. The profile value is set as 365 days. Because 29/Jan/2025 is later than the last data load run date, the incremental load selects the record. |
INV: Run Items Dashboard Full Load in Parallel Mode | This site-level profile option determines whether the "Items Dashboard Data Load" program with the Full Load option processes the following datasets of the Items Dashboard in a sequential or a parallel manner.
By default the profile is set to FALSE, which means that the Full Load option loads data from the datasets in a sequential manner (data load happens for one dataset after the other). If the profile is set to TRUE, then the data load program initiates a child concurrent program for each dataset and the data is loaded in parallel for each dataset. Important: Setting the profile to TRUE will consume resources on the server. Therefore, you must set the value to TRUE only when the server is free. |
WSH: Days for Full Data Load of Shipped Details | This site-level profile option specifies the age of shipped delivery details selected by the Full Load option of the Delivery Details Data Load program. The application loads all delivery details that were ship confirmed in the specified number of days before the current day. For example, the current date is 04-Feb-2023 and there is a requirement to view delivery details that were ship confirmed on 01-Feb-2023. Set the profile option value to 3.

FND: ECC Disable Descriptive Flexfield

This profile option excludes descriptive flexfields (DFFs) from the data load in ECC. If you do not want to load data of DFFs, then set the profile option value to internal names of the DFFs. To exclude the data load of a DFF to the Items Dashboard, enter the DFF internal name as the value. You can specify multiple values using a comma-separated list. The following is a list of the DFF internal names that you can enter to exclude their data load to the Items Dashboard.
Important: If you add or remove values from the profile option, then you must run the Items Dashboard Data Load program with the Load Type parameter set to Full Load. See Load Inventory Management Data - Items Dashboard. |

The Shipping Dashboard uses the historical data of the Labor Management module of Oracle Warehouse Management to estimate the picking time that is required to complete delivery details.
To ensure that the Pending Workload (Hours) metric and the charts in the Resource Requirements tab display data, complete the following steps in Oracle Warehouse Management:
Define labor standards. See Labor Management Setup, Oracle Warehouse Management Implementation Guide.
Run the Expected Resource Requirement Analysis concurrent program to calculate the outstanding work for the warehouse. See Concurrent Requests, Oracle Warehouse Management User's Guide.
Note: The Shipping Dashboard does not populate the estimated time required for delivery details if there are no changes to delivery details, deliveries, or trips and you run the Expected Resource Requirement Analysis concurrent program and the Delivery Details Data Load program with the incremental load option.
The Shipping Dashboard populates the estimated time required for delivery details only in the following cases:
Run the Expected Resource Requirement Analysis program and the Delivery Details Data Load program with the full load option.
Run the Expected Resource Requirement Analysis program after booking an order and then submit the Delivery Details Data Load program with the incremental load option.
Run the Expected Resource Requirement Analysis program and then update any attribute for a delivery detail, a delivery, a trip, or other existing attributes for which the incremental load option of the Delivery Details Data Load program includes the details after the data load submission.
Populating Time Estimates on the Shipping Dashboard After Status Change
If the status of a delivery detail is updated from Ready to Release or Backordered to Released to Warehouse (also conversely from Released to Warehouse to Ready to Release or Backordered), then run the followings programs in this given sequence to populate the estimated time required on the Shipping Dashboard:

Enterprise command centers support searching on descriptive flexfield (DFFs) attributes. After you configure DFFs you must run the data load process to make the DFF attributes available in the command center.

To process and load data from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to the Inventory Management Command Center, run the concurrent program Inbound Details Data Load. Run this program from the Submit Request window.

To run the Inbound Details Data Load:
In the Name field, select Inbound Details Data Load.
Select the appropriate load type.
Full Load: Loads all inbound data from EBS.
Incremental Load: Loads only the data modified since the previous load. Schedule incremental loads to run as often as required to keep the ECC dashboard current.
In the Languages field, enter one or more language codes for the output. For multiple language codes, use the format AA,BB,NN. If the field is blank, then the data will be loaded for the base language only (usually US).
Select the log level that you want the program to report. The default value is ERROR.
Select TRUE to enable SQL trace. Otherwise, select FALSE.
Submit the concurrent request.
Review your request using the Requests page.

Note that the full data load process includes the metadata load.
In the Languages field, enter one or more language codes for the output. For multiple language codes, use the format AA,BB,NN. If the field is blank, then the data will be loaded for the base language only (usually US).
Select the log level that you want the program to report. The default value is ERROR.
Select TRUE to enable SQL trace. Otherwise, select FALSE.
Select the organization code for which you want to load data. You can sequentially load data for each organization using this parameter. You must run a full load for the selected organization before you run the incremental load for that organization.
The following rules apply to the Organization Code parameter:
If you select a value in this parameter and Reset Data is TRUE, then when you run the full load, the application removes data for all other organizations and retains data only for the selected organization.
If you select a value in this parameter and Reset Data is FALSE, then the application appends data of the selected organization to the existing data.
Select the physical inventory for which you want to load data. You can sequentially load data for each physical inventory using this parameter.
Use the Reset Data parameter with caution. If you run full load for the first time or want to reset the data, then set the parameter value to TRUE. If set to TRUE, this action clears all the data that was loaded earlier and loads the new data for the selected operating unit. After the completion of full load, data of only one organization will be available in the ECC data store.
For subsequent full loads, to append the new data to the data set, set this value to FALSE.
For incremental loads, this parameter is not applicable.
Submit the concurrent request.
Review your request using the Requests page.

Delivery Details Data Load
To run the Delivery Details Data Load:
In the Name field, select Delivery Details Data Load.
Select the appropriate load type.
Full Load: Loads all inventory delivery details data from EBS.
Incremental Load: Loads only the data modified since the previous load. Schedule incremental loads to run as often as required to keep the ECC dashboard current.
Metadata Load: Loads Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) metadata. If there are any changes to the DFF definition, then you must first run the program using the Metadata Load option, so that the DFF changes are displayed in the command center. Note that the full data load process includes the metadata load.
To load data for a specific organization, select the appropriate Organization Code.
If you select an Organization Code and set Reset Dataset to True, then when you run the Full Load, the application removes data for all other organizations and retains data only for the selected organization. If you select an Organization Code and set Reset Dataset to False, then the application appends data for the selected organization to existing data in the dashboard.
Note: You must run a Full Load for the selected organization before you run the incremental load for that organization.
Reset Dataset has no impact on incremental loads.
You can run the metadata load only for a full load with Reset Dataset set to True.
In the Languages field, enter one or more language codes for the output. For multiple language codes, use the format AA,BB,NN. If the field is blank, then the data will be loaded for the base language only (usually US).
Select the log level that you want the program to report. The default value is ERROR.
Select TRUE to enable SQL trace. Otherwise, select FALSE.

The Inventory Track and Trace Data Load program runs for INV owned data sets (Inventory Trace Suppliers, Inventory Trace Inbound Onhand, Inventory Trace Move, Inventory Trace Issues, and Inventory Trace Sales Orders) all at a time. All these data loads are run in sequence.
The following table lists the data sets that the Track and Trace Dashboard uses.

Important: To load data for the Work Orders (gnt-wodetails) data set, run the WIP ECC Data Load program. See Loading WIP ECC Data, Oracle Work in Process User's Guide.
To run data load for all the data sets that the Track and Trace dashboard uses, you can create a custom request set by including the Inventory Track and Trace Data Load program and the WIP ECC Data Load program.
Inventory Track and Trace Data Load
To run the Inventory Track and Trace Data Load:
In the Name field, select Inventory Track and Trace Data Load.
Select the appropriate load type.
Full Load: This process loads all track and trace data and is required to be run for the first data load. If you select and run full load for subsequent requests, then this program clears all track and trace data from ECC and loads fresh data.
Incremental Load: This process loads the data modified and updated from the previous load only. Incremental load should be scheduled to run as often as required to keep the ECC dashboard current.
Metadata Load: This load type is not applicable to the Track and Trace Dashboard.
In the Languages field, enter one or more language codes for the output. For multiple language codes, use the format AA,BB,NN. If the field is blank, then the data will be loaded for the base language only (usually US).
Select the log level that you want the program to report. The default value is ERROR.
Select TRUE to enable SQL trace. Otherwise, select FALSE.
Select the organization code for which you want to load data. You can sequentially load data for each organization using this parameter.
The following rules apply to the Organization Code parameter:
If this parameter is blank, then during a full load, the program loads data for the maximum number of days specified in the INV: ECC Max Days for Track and Trace profile option.

To process and load data from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to the Move Orders dashboard, run the concurrent program Inventory Move Orders Data Load. Run this program from the Submit Request window.

Inventory Move Orders Data Load
The Inventory Move Orders Data Load program loads data to the following data sets:
inv-move-orders
inv-move-order-allocations
To run the Inventory Move Orders Data Load:
In the Name field, select Inventory Move Orders Data Load.
Select the appropriate load type.
Full Load: Loads all move orders and allocations data from EBS.
Incremental Load: Loads only the data modified since the previous load. Schedule incremental loads to run as often as required to keep the ECC dashboard current.
Metadata Load: Loads Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) metadata. If there are any changes to the DFF definition, then you must first run the program using the Metadata Load option, so that the DFF changes are displayed in the command center. Note that the full data load process includes the metadata load.
In the Languages field, enter one or more language codes for the output. For multiple language codes, use the format AA,BB,NN. If the field is blank, then the data will be loaded for the base language only (usually US).
Select the log level that you want the program to report. The default value is ERROR.
Select TRUE to enable SQL trace. Otherwise, select FALSE.
Select the organization code for which you want to load data. You can sequentially load data for each organization using this parameter. You must run a full load for the selected organization before you run the incremental load for that organization.
The following rules apply to the Organization Code parameter:
If you select a value in this parameter and Reset Data is TRUE, then when you run the full load, the application removes data for all other organizations and retains data only for the selected organization.
If you select a value in this parameter and Reset Data is FALSE, then the application appends data of the selected organization to the existing data.
Use the Reset Data parameter with caution. If you run full load for the first time or want to reset the data, then set the parameter value to TRUE. If set to TRUE, this action clears all the data that was loaded earlier and loads the new data for the selected operating unit. After the completion of full load, data of only one organization will be available in the ECC data store.
For subsequent full loads, to append the new data to the data set, set this value to FALSE.
For incremental loads, this parameter is not applicable.
Submit the concurrent request.
Review your request using the Requests page.
Monitor data loading using the Data Load Tracking page of the ECC Developer responsibility.

To collect supply, demand, and on-hand quantity data for all items across organizations, run the concurrent program Inventory Item Supply/Demand. This program collects the items supply and demand data and loads it to the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) "INV_ECC_SUPPLY_DEMAND" table.
Important: You must run this program before you run the Inventory Supply/Demand Data Load program.
Run this program from the Submit Request window.

Inventory Item Supply/Demand
To run Inventory Item Supply/Demand:
In the Name field, select Inventory Item Supply/Demand.
Select the organization for which you want to collect data. You must run a full load for the selected organization before you run the incremental load for that organization. You can sequentially collect data for each organization using this parameter. If you leave this parameter blank, then the program collects data for all the organizations.
Select the category set for which you want to collect data. The default value is Inv.Items.
Select the category name for which you want to collect data.
Enter the number of days for which you want to collect data. The default value is 15.
Select the appropriate mode for data load.
Full Load: Loads all item supply and demand data. The default value is Full Load.
Incremental Load: Loads only the data modified since the previous load.
Metadata Load: This mode is not applicable.
Submit the concurrent request.
Review your request using the View Requests window.

Inventory Transaction Management Data Load
To run the Inventory Transaction Management Data Load:
In the Name field, select Inventory Transaction Management Data Load.
Select the appropriate load type.
Full Load: This process loads all transaction management data and is required to be run for the first data load. If you select and run full load for subsequent requests, then this program clears all transaction management data from ECC and loads fresh data.
Incremental Load: This process loads the data modified and updated from the previous load only. Incremental load should be scheduled to run as often as required to keep the ECC dashboard current.
Metadata Load: Loads Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) metadata. If there are any changes to the DFF definition, then you must run the program first with the Metadata Load option and then with the Full Load option so that the DFF changes are displayed on the dashboard. Note that the full data load process includes the metadata load.
In the Languages field, enter one or more language codes for the output. For multiple language codes, use the format AA,BB,NN. If the field is blank, then the data will be loaded for the base language only (usually US).

Adding the Items Dashboard Data Load Program to a Responsibility
By default, the Items Dashboard Data Load program is available from the Manufacturing and Distribution Manager and Item Manager responsibilities.
To add the Items Dashboard Data Load program to a different responsibility, for example, Development Manager, follow these steps:
Prerequisite Step
Find the request group that is attached to the Development Manager responsibility.
Navigate to System Administrator > Security > Responsibility > Define.
Query your responsibility (Development Manager) and the request group (Development Manager RG - EGO_DM_RG) associated with the Development Manager responsibility.
Steps to add the Items Dashboard Load program
Go to Security > Responsibility > Request.
In the Requests region, query the request group that you noted in the prerequisite step.
Add the Items Dashboard Data Load program to the request group.
Items Dashboard Data Load
To run the Items Dashboard Data Load:
In the Name field, select Items Dashboard Data Load.
Enter the name in the System Name field. The default value is EBS.
Select the appropriate load type.
Full Load: Loads all for the Items Dashboard data from EBS.
Incremental Load: Loads only the data modified since the previous load. Schedule incremental loads to run as often as required to keep the ECC dashboard current.
Metadata Load: Loads Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) metadata. Important: Note that the data load program ends in an error in the following cases:
Organization code is invalid
Delimiter is other than comma
If you enter multiple organization codes and set Reset Dataset to True, then when you run the Full Load, the application removes data for all other organizations and retains data only for the selected organizations. For multiple organization codes if you set Reset Dataset to False, then the application appends data of the selected organizations to existing data in the dashboard.
Note: You must run a Full Load for the selected organizations before you run the incremental load for the organizations.
Reset Dataset has no impact on incremental loads.
The metadata load is triggered for a full load with Reset Dataset set to True.
Submit the concurrent request.
Review your request using the Requests page.
Monitor data loading using the Data Load Tracking page of the ECC Developer responsibility.
To process and load data from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to the Movement Statistics and Exceptions dashboards of the Inventory Management Command Center, run the Movement Statistics ECC Data Load concurrent program. Run this program from the Submit Request window.

The Create Kanban Replenishment Snapshot program generates snapshot data for On Hand, Safety Stock, and Daily Demand line graphs in the Kanban Dashboard, View Replenishment History chart. This chart is available from the following tabs:

Important: You must schedule this program to run daily. If the snapshot program is not run regularly, then line graphs are not displayed, and sometimes broken lines are displayed. The program does not generate snapshots for past dates. If the program is run more than once in a day, then the minimum value of the respective quantities at day level will be displayed in the chart.
You can find this concurrent program using the eKanban Super User responsibility.
Run the concurrent program from the Submit Request window.

Create Kanban Replenishment Snapshot Program
To create Kanban replenishment snapshot:
On the Find Requests window, click Submit a New Request.
In the Submit Request window, select Create Kanban Replenishment Snapshot from the list of values in the Name field.
In the Parameters window, select the organization for which you want to generate Kanban replenishment snapshot. If you leave the Organization parameter blank, then the program creates snapshots for all the organizations.
Click OK on the Parameters window.
Click Submit on the Submit Request window to submit the concurrent request.
Review your request using the Requests page.

Electronic Kanban ECC Data Load
To load Electronic Kanban ECC data:
On the Find Requests window, click Submit a New Request.
On the Submit Request window, select Electronic Kanban ECC Data Load from the list of values in the Name field.
Use the Parameters window to enter the parameters information.
The System Name field defaults to EBS.
In the Dataset field, select the specific data set for which you would like to load data from the list of values. Leave this field blank to run a data load for all the data sets.
In the Load Type field, select the appropriate load type:
Full data load: This process loads all the item pull sequences and cards data for Electronic Kanban data and is required to be run for the first data load. The full data load process also includes metadata load. If you select and run full load for subsequent requests, then this program clears the previous Electronic Kanban data from the dashboard and loads fresh data.
Note: Running a full load removes all user defined reports and shows only the system defined report after the full load completes.
Incremental data load: This process loads the new and updated item pull sequences and card that are modified and updated from the previous load. Incremental load should be scheduled to run as often as required to keep the ECC dashboard current. Ensure that you run the incremental load after running a full load to avoid any data loading errors.
Metadata load: This process ensures the application waits for other tasks such as consolidation, data entry, or other load processes to finish before it loads the files. Note that the full data load process includes metadata load.
In the Language field, enter one or more language codes for the output. For multiple language codes, use the format AA,BB,NN. For example, enter US,AR,KO. If the field is blank, then the data will be loaded for the base language only (usually US).
In the Enable SQL Trace field, select TRUE to enable the SQL trace. Otherwise, select FALSE.
In the Log Level field, select the program you want to report.
In the Organization Code, you can select and enter the organization code for which you want to run the concurrent program.
In the Reset Data field, select from the following values:
TRUE - when you want to reset the data set completely.
FALSE - when you want to extend the existing data set.
The default value is FALSE. You can only use the Reset Data option when you run a full data load.
Click OK on the Parameters window.
Click Submit on the Submit Request window to submit the concurrent request.
Review your request using the Requests page.
To review request details:
From the menu, click Requests. The Find Requests window appears.
Select the All My Requests radio button and click Find. The Requests window appears and displays all of your requests.
In the Requests window, select the row that contains your request and then click View Details. The Request Detail window appears and displays the ECC- Run Data Load information.
Click OK to exit and close the window.
