By default, Oracle ATG Web Commerce’s RMI Server handles RMI objects. If, however, you want to import an alternative RMI implementation, you can do so:
Include the RMI implementation in your CLASSPATH, for both the server and UI clients.
Write your own code to export and resolve RMI objects using those implementations.
Be sure to either disable the Oracle ATG Web Commerce RMI Server (set the
rmiEnabledproperty of/atg/dynamo/Configurationtofalse) or run it on an alternate port number (set the port number in thermiPortproperty of/atg/dynamo/Configuration).
