SessionSaverServlet is a part of Oracle ATG Web Commerce’s session failover architecture. This servlet identifies whether a session has a non-local origin. If the session is non-local, SessionSaverServlet restores the session from the backup server. SessionSaverServlet also backs up the session’s properties to the backup server.
