Patient List page

The following tasks use this page:

By clicking the column headers, you can sort the Patient List based on the information in the column; for example, by status or arm.

Search

Filter the patient list by patient status by selecting the drop-down list.

Filter by patient by selecting Patient List from the second Search drop-down list. Then select the patient from the third Search drop-down list.

Filter by site by selecting Site Name from the second Search drop-down list. Then select the site from the third Search drop-down list.

Filter by patient ID by selecting Patient ID from the second Search drop-down list. Then select the patient from the third Search drop-down list.

Filter by ePRO session by selecting the session from the fourth Search drop-down list.

To apply the filter, click Submit ().

To apply a different filter, first click Clear Filters.

If you have access to a large number of patients, search by Patient ID instead of using the Patient List.

To filter by Patient ID, type a specific Patient ID, with or without leading zeros, or a set of contiguous digits. The application sorts the records in ascending order by creation date. This choice may result in the retrieval of multiple patient records.

Select the Filter by ePRO session filter to include patients who are due to complete, or have completed, patient forms or other forms.

Clear Filters button

Removes search criteria and displays the entire patient list.

You must clear the search criteria before defining new search criteria.

Summary

Link to the Patient Summary page for the selected patient.

 

Profile

Link to the Patient Profile page for the selected patient.

 

Columns

 

 

Patient ID

Unique identifier for the patient.

 

Status

Patient status assigned by the application.

Only those statuses selected for your study appear in the Status drop-down list.

Site ID

The site to which the patient has been assigned.

 

Therapy (Arm) Name

The study arm to which the patient has been assigned.

 

Visit Name

Name of the next scheduled visit and link to the Visit Landing page for the selected patient visit.

 

Open

Number of open queries on patient forms and link to the Query List page for the selected patient.

Lists all open queries.

Answered

Number of answered queries and link to the Query List page for the selected patient.

Lists only the answered queries.

Closed

Number of closed queries and link to the Query List page for the selected patient.

Lists only the closed queries.

Started Visits

Number of visits that are started but not completed.

At least one form within the visit is started, but not all forms are completed.

Completed Visits

Number of complete visits.

 

Frozen

Number of frozen visits.

If frozen:

  • Data cannot be modified.
  • Visit can be signed.

Locked

Number of locked visits.

If locked:

  • Data cannot be modified.
  • Visit cannot be signed.

ePRO Sessions Past Due

Number of ePRO Sessions that are past due.

Page controls

  • Page n of n drop-down list—Displays the specific page.
  • Records per Page drop-down list—Select the number of records to display.
  • |<—View the first page.
  • <—view the previous page.
  • >—View the next page.
  • >|—View the last page.
  • Total Number of Records—The number of records that appear on each page.

 

Buttons

 

 

Lock/Unlock

Lock or unlock the selected user.

A locked user cannot log in to the application.

Reset Password

Reset the password of the selected user.

 

Set Temporary Password

Set a temporary password for the selected user.

 

Clear Filters

Reset the search drop-down lists to blank.
