Administering Known WLANs in Reactive Mode

If you are using a reactive profile, you might also want to take advantage of the system's ability to automatically connect to Known WLANs. When you connect to a WLAN, information about that WLAN is preserved in a network profile of type known-wlan. You can also manually create known-wlan profiles by using the netcfg command. For overview information about Known WLANs, see Description of a Known WLAN For task-related information, see Creating Known WLANs.
