SFA Report Group
Active Contracts Report - The Active Contracts Report is a listing of all active FIT contracts as selected on the report form. This report can be created with specific FIT Contracts, or can be filtered by contract type, owner, status, discount level, or date range.
FIT Contract Merge - The FIT Contract Report is a fully customizable report that uses the Opera Stationery Editor. The report draws an FIT Contract using a frame-work such as address information, cover letter and general conditions.
Lead Report - The Lead Report shows existing leads with the reply notes that were received for the lead from the different properties that accepted it. Because this report can be run from the Lead and/or Lead Search screens, as opposed to a traditional report form, only the features and functions pertaining to this report will be discussed in this topic.
SFA Leads Sent Report Group - This report will print all leads that have been created / sent from the regional sales office that fit the selection criteria.
SFA Production Report - This is a production report that has been specifically modeled for the needs of a regional sales office whose bookings are leads for various different hotels rather than bookings for just one site. As on hotel production reports, it will print all lead bookings that have turned into a certain status during the selection production period, or that were on the required status before the start of the production period already, but had changes done to them during the production period.
SFA Proposal Report - The Sample SFA Proposal shows existing leads with the reply notes that were received for the lead from the different properties that accepted it.
SFA XML Proposal Report - The Sample SFA Proposal includes details on room grid and room rates, F&B Agenda details and alternate dates as well as lead notes, as they have been updated by each property using Opera BI Publisher for customization.
