The recommended method for assigning price lists to users is documented in the Core Commerce Programming Guide.
The following steps can be used to assign a price list to a user using the ACC.
Select People and Organization from the main ACC navigation bar.
Select Profile Repository from the People and Organizations choices.
Select “Item of type User” and click List to view a list of all users.
Select a user from the list. The user’s information displays in the main section of the screen.
Find the Commerce- Contracts section, and click the “…” button beside the Price List property.
In the Price List dialog box, click List to display all price lists.
Click the name of a price list, then click OK.
