Based on a scheduled orders status, the order can be activated or deactivated.
- Select the scheduled order from the Customer’s Order History panel. 
- Identify the scheduled order template to modify. Select Activate in the Actions column to activate a schedule that has been deactivated or has failed. Select Deactivate to deactivate an active schedule. A deactivated schedule will have the status of inactive or failed. Select Deactivate to deactivate a schedule that is active. 
- The status of the scheduled order will change in the Status column, and the scheduled order will be modified.
