An advanced search enables you to search for an order by order number, customer, shipping, and billing criteria.
To conduct an advanced search for an order:
Click Orders button.
Use the Search For Orders drop down menu. Select Advanced Search.
On the Advanced Search for Orders page, enter your search criteria in the fields provided.
Click Search. The system returns a list of orders that match the criteria you specified.
Click an order number.
The system displays the order’s details on the Order View page. From this page, you can view and access the order’s information.
