You can cancel an existing order if the order does not have an order status of No Pending Action, Pending Remove, and Removed; if no payment group has a status of Settled; if no shipping group has a status of No Pending Action; and if no item has a status of Delivered.
To cancel an order:
- Display the order. Refer to Searching For and Displaying Orders. 
- Under the Shopping Cart section, click Edit, to edit the order. 
- Click Cancel in the global context area by clicking the red X. The Cancel Confirmation window appears, asking if you want to cancel the order. 
- Click Yes to confirm cancellation. - Commerce Service Center sends a message to the Fulfillment system, which cancels the order and changes the order’s status accordingly.
