Se produce un fallo leve de punto final de USB en el inicio de Oracle Solaris

Problema:

Durante el inicio del sistema operativo Oracle Solaris en Oracle Server X5-2L, la consola puede mostrar que se ha producido lo indicado en fault.io.usb.espe. También se iluminará el indicador LED de fallo del servidor. Sin embargo, el sistema se iniciará y funcionará correctamente.

El siguiente es un ejemplo de mensajes de consola para este problema, los cuales también se registran en /var/adm/messages.
