If you have installed Oracle Solaris 11.3 SRU 10 (version 11.3.10.5.0), a subcommand called "check" was added to the Oracle Hardware Management Pack fwupdate command. This subcommand is not supported for Oracle Solaris 11.3. If you attempt to run the fwupdate check command, you will receive a "command not supported" error.
Workaround
To see the currently installed system firmware (including Oracle ILOM), type the following command from the host:
# fwupdate list sysfw
