On the Order Search page, you can use the following criteria to search for orders in your system:
Order number.
Customer first and last name, email address, and phone number.
SKU, product name, and order status.
When the order was created in a range of days, weeks, or months.
Click the Advanced Search arrow to show expanded criteria fields, including specific start and end dates, and customer order-level shipping or billing addresses.
Note: The search criterion is based on Starting With, either letters or numbers. For example, typing a K in the First Name search field could produce results of Kara, Kim, and Kyle. Typing Ki would limit the search to Kim as a related result.
