重置用户的密码（管理员）

您必须具有管理员特权才能执行此任务。

如果用户（包括 admin 用户）需要重置密码，则具有管理员角色的任何用户都可以启动重置请求。该工具将向用户发送一封电子邮件，其中包含指向一个表单的链接，可以通过该表单来重置密码。重置链接的有效期只有 24 小时。

必须启用 Sendmail，重置才能成功。

1. 访问 I/O 域创建工具。

   请参见登录到 I/O 域创建工具。

2. 在导航面板中，选择 "Users and Allowances"（用户和容限）。

   此时将显示 "Users and Allowances"（用户和容限）屏幕。

3. 选择用户并单击 "Edit User"（编辑用户）来检查用户的电子邮件地址。

   确保用户的电子邮件地址正确。

   
   
4. 单击下列按钮之一：

   • Save（保存）－如果进行了更改。

   • Cancel（取消）－如果未进行更改。

5. 选择用户并单击 "Reset Password"（重置密码）。

   此时将显示 "Password Reset"（密码重置）屏幕。

   
   
6. 单击 "Yes"（是）。

   该工具将向用户发送一封电子邮件，其中包含用来重置其密码的链接。

   示例：

   Subject: ACTION REQUIRED: Password Reset for SuperCluster IO Domain Creation Tool
        Date: Tue, 02 Feb 2016 17:03:14 -0000
        From: do_not_reply@company.com
        To: user01@company.com
    
   Please do not reply to this email!
    
   A SuperCluster IO Domain Creation Tool Administrator has requested a password reset for username user01, 
   which is associated with this email address.
    
   Please use the following link to reset your password for the SuperCluster IO Domain Creation Tool. 
   The link is valid for the next 24 hours:
   http://company.com/iodct/accounts/password/reset/confirm/5/3uo-bea87f739d4dfd78acbd/
    
   If you have any further questions please contact your SuperCluster IO Domain Creation Tool Administrator.
