Remarks on Program Function

The data for a CCTV server can be updated with this program, i.e. created, changed or deleted. Data which has already been stored can be displayed.

The prerequisite for close-circuit TV at a terminal is the installation of the appropriate hardware and software for an external CCTV server supplied by Quadrox for administration of 4 to 8 cameras.

Note:
The video sequences for every stored receipt transaction on the terminal recorded by CCTV can be viewed in a video window in program Application -> Sales -> Receipt transactions via button "Video".

The following details all options available for update of the basic data.

The following applies to this program:


Company

Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 9999

Enter the number of the company for which the CCTV parameters are to be processed.

Changes or deletions are possible after call up of the data record from entry of the number in the key fields. If the number is not known, the data record can be selected with the Search function.


Branch

Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 99999

Enter the number of the branch for which the CCTV parameters are to be processed.

Changes or deletions are possible after call up of the data record from entry of the number in the key fields. If the number is not known, the data record can be selected with the Search function.


CCTV Server no.

Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 999

Enter the number of the CCTV server responsible for this checkout.


Name

Entry range permitted: alphanumeric max. 32 pos.

Enter the name of the CCTV server.


IP address

Entry range permitted: alphanumeric max. 20 pos.

Enter the IP no. of the CCTV server with which this terminal is to communicate.


No.of cameras

Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 9

Enter the number of video cameras which are responsible for supervising this checkout.


Duration of video

Entry range permitted: numeric 10 -300, time in seconds

Enter a value in seconds to define the duration of a video sequence


Time offset

Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 99

Enter a value in this field to define the time between two video sequences.
