The program description
deals with the following:
The customer status report
informs the user about selected customers. The balances, deposits made, total
of all purchases made, bonus points, etc. are listed.
The information shown in
the window is only for information. Changes cannot be made; an attempt to do so
will be rejected with an error message.
Note:
Normally, values are only stored in the customer status when the customer no.
is entered during the recording.
The following description
deals with all available options for update of this basic data.
As with nearly all programs
the following also applies here:
Number of the company to
which the customer for whom information is required is linked.
Enter the customer no.
defined in program Customer.
If the number is not known,
the data record can be selected via Search.
The current customer's
balance is shown. This will be reduced by the amount paid in (Finance type: Payed in, key code: PAYIN).
A balance prefixed by a minus is a credit.
Total of all purchases
made. All recordings are added together, independent of whether they are
positive or negative (merchandise returns) recordings.
Any security deposited by
the customer can be entered here. The entry will not be recorded as money, it
is only intended as information.
The value of the current
points. The value is defined in the Loyalty
table.
Date since when/as from
when the bonus is to apply.
The date of the last
purchase is shown here. Payment operations (e.g. deposits) are not included in
this field.
The number of bonus points
assigned to the customer is displayed here. Those bonus points which the
customer has cashed in are not reflected in this total. The entries in the Loyalty table define how many bonus points are
to be assigned.
The current number of bonus
points is shown here. The total has been adjusted by the points which have been
cashed in. The total represents the number of points the customer can still
cash in.
Date on which the customer
