The program description deals with the following:
The payment types for the parameters of the declared entry at the terminal can be updated, i.e. programmed, changed or cleared, with this program. Data which has already been stored can also be displayed for information.
Note!
Only the payment types entered in this
program will be called up during the declared entry.
The payment types together with the appropriate
parameters will only be evaluated if the cash declared entry at the terminal is
selected with key event <DECLAREDENTRY> and if the option "Use SSP
declared entry" has been set in program Terminaltype
-> Add.data.
The following description deals with all available options for update of this basic data.
As with nearly all programs the following also applies here:
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 9999
Enter the number of the position for the payment type.
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 999
Enter the number of the payment type which is to be called up during the declared entry
Switch active: The in drawer
results for this payment type are displayed
Switch deactivated: No display of the in drawer results for this payment
type.
Switch active: Denominations
list used for this payment type.
Switch deactivated: No use of denominations list for this
payment type.
Note:
If the denominations lists are to be used for
the payment type, a list must have been programmed under Payment type in field Denomination no. for payment type.
Switch active: The number of
denominations must be entered.
Switch deactivated: No entry of number of denominations is
required.
Switch active: During
declared entry the in drawer values stored in the system are interpreted as
declared results
Switch deactivated: No transfer of in drawer results during declared
entry.
Switch active: A special
text is displayed and printed instead of the payment type name.
Switch deactivated: The name of the payment type is displayed and
printed.
Entry range permitted: alphanumeric max. 20 pos.
Enter a text in this field if, during declared entry, a special text is to be displayed and printed instead of the name of the payment type.
Entry range permitted: decimal, max. 10 pos. with max. 2 decimal places
The entry in this field defines an amount which is to be used by the system for this payment type as the maximum permitted overall difference during declared entry at the POS terminal. If an overall difference is discovered during declared entry and this exceeds the entry the declared entry will be discontinued and has to be repeated.
