The data for the device article groups can be updated, i.e. programmed, changed or cleared with this program. Data which has already been stored can also be displayed for information.
Device article groups are required to link a POS article to the article no. of a dispenser as a different range of numbers is often used here.
The following description deals with all available options for update of this basic data.
As with nearly all programs the following also applies here:
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 9999
Enter the number of the company for which the device article group is to be defined/changed.
If the number is not known, the data record can be selected with the search function.
Update of the company is done with program Company.
Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 99
Enter the number of the device article group which is to be programmed or changed.
Entry range permitted: alphanumeric max. 20 pos.
If a new device article group is to be programmed, enter a name in this field. The name entered should provide information on the type of dispenser article, e.g. soft drinks, beer, etc.
