The parameters for B protocol and BSC asynchronous protocol and TCP/IP are updated, i.e. programmed, changed or cleared, with this program. Data which has already been stored can be displayed for information.

These types of protocol are used, for example, for communication with a background system. Please ensure that the protocol parameters correspond to the connected partner system.

Only select a value higher than "0" for the debug level if a communication protocol is required for error analysis. The data appears in file "errlog" in directory work of the relevant system unit.

TCP port no.

With configuration of a TCP/IP connect the port no. should be entered in this field. The entered no. should match the port no. of the background system.

Select one of the offered baud rates by clicking onto the field and with a second click choosing the required baud rate.
