The data for a C-ZAM EFT device can be updated, i.e. programmed, changed or cleared, with this program. Data which has already been stored can also be displayed for information.

EFT devices are necessary for payments with magnetic cards.

Baud rate

Only enter a value higher than "0" for the debug level if a communications protocol is required for error analysis. Details are to be found in file "errlog" in directory work of the appropriate system unit.

Enter an operator no. in this field. Further information can be found in the device description.

Usage

Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 9

Default = 1

The value entered here should be higher than 0, i.e. 1. The appropriate Payment type, category EFT must also have been programmed and it must be identical with the usage code entered here.


Domestic currency

Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 999

The code for the domestic currency must be entered in this field. The default is 56 for BEF (Belgian Franc).

The following values are permitted:


Decimal places

Entry range permitted: numeric 1 - 9

Default = 0

Enter the number of decimal places.


With currency code

Switch active: The terminal sends the set currency code
Switch deactivated: The terminal does not send a currency code
