The program description deals with the following:
The data for a file monitor can be updated, i.e. created, changed or deleted, with this program. Data which has already been stored can be displayed.
This device is used to supervise any selected directory. If changes are made to data in this directory (new file, changes in a file, etc.) an event can be activated which can lead to an error message at the terminal.

At present there is no special event
implemented which supports this function. If necessary, this customer-specific
function would have to be programmed..
All options available for update of the basic data have been described below.

Only select a value higher than "0" for
the debug level if a protocol of the communication is required for error
analysis.

Entry range permitted: alphanumersc max. 64 chars.
Enter the directory which is to be supervised (C:\name\).
Entry range permitted: alphanumeric, max. 16 chars.
Enter a masking for the files which is to release an event if a change is made.
Entry range permitted: alphanumeric, max. 20 chars.
Enter the event name in this field (Default = FileMonitorEvent).

At present, no error message is provided. If the file monitor is used this function will have to be adjusted to customer requirements.
