The program description is divided up as follows:
The data for connection of a payment terminal type Steria can be updated, i.e. created, changed or deleted, with this program. Data which has already been stored can also be displayed.
The interface and link to a processing unit must be defined and the device-specific operating mode of the EFT terminal must be set.
Please note:
Payment terminal devices are required
for transactions with magnetic cards. Further parametering is necessary to
operate this device, i.e. an appropriate Payment mode with a link to an approved Credit card, etc.
The following description deals with all available options for update of this basic data.

the debug level if a protocol is required for the communication of the device
to analyse an error.

Enter the number of the terminal. The value entered here must match the value entered for the appropriate payment type, i.e. the terminal which has been entered in program Payment type will be selected.

Enter the value for the print widht of th ereceipt in this field (default = 10).
Entry range permitted: alphanumeric, max. 15 pos.
Enter the IP address in this field if protocol "IP" was choosen.
Entry range permitted: numeric, 1 - 9999
Enter the port number in this field if protocol "IP" was choosen (Voreinstellung = 9500).
