Remarks on program function
This program is used to update the data for entrance vouchers, i.e. programming, changing or clearing. Data which has already been stored can also be displayed.

Remarks on data fields
The descriptions below apply to all options available for update of this Basic data.
The following applies to nearly all other programs:
- The entry mask for this program in your MICROS Retail OSCAR POS version may differ depending on the definitions in the user program. Some data fields may be missing.
- Some data fields may also have value or selection option defaults programmed and these cannot be altered in the current program.
- The entry mask shows fields where entries have to be made, but in other fields entries are optional.
- If the data record is updated through several pages of entry masks, the dialog window is reached by clicking onto the appropriate buttons with <Mouse key 1>.
- The same procedure applies if you want to call up this program from another update program.
- In some cases you will find so-called "Switches" with defaults which can either be activated or de-activated by clicking onto them with <Mouse key 1>. Activated switches are dark, de-activated switches are lighter.
Serial number
Entries permitted: numeric, 1 - 9999
Enter the number of the entrance voucher in this field.
Issuer
Entries permitted: alphanumeric, max. 32 chars.
Enter into this field the name of the issuer.
Descriptor
Entries permitted: alphanumeric, max. 20 chars.
Enter into this field the name of the entrance voucher.
Payment type
Entries permitted: numeric, 1 - 99999
Enter into this field the number of the payment type which is used for register entrance vouchers t. This payment type must be assigned to a category "Entrance voucher".

Voucher value
Entry range permitted: decimal, max. 8 pos. with max. 2 decimal places
Enter into this field the number of an item, to specify the value of the entrance voucher with the price of this item..
Reduce amount
Entry range permitted: decimal, max. 8 pos. with max. 2 decimal places
Enter into this field the value, to specify the reduced amount of the entrance voucher.
EAN to read
Entries permitted: numeric, 1 - 99999999999999
Enter into this field the valid EAN number, of the entrance voucher for a specified issuer. This entrance voucher can be scanned at the till or manual selected by its voucher descriptor.
EAN to print
Entries permitted: numeric, 1 - 99999999999999
Enter into this field the valid EAN number of the entrance voucher, which will be printed. The entrance voucher remains into the drawer until the declared entry will be performed.
