The following program description deals with:
By use of this program you can maintain the data for the label batch, i.e. create new records, modify or delete existing data. You can also view already stored data for information purposes.
Depending on the setting in the update program Label Trigger, changes to basic data in the files Item, Price, Scale Item, Supplier Item and Label Type are stored in the system. Therefore, the system is able to recognize changes to these files, to store them in transaction files for the label print and print them on a laser printer by use of the program Label Batch.
Note:
After the activation of the button Create Label, the system
automatically generates a sequential batch number with which the transaction
files to be printed are stored. In addition, all valid labels are printed on a
laser printer. Via the button Trans.Label, you can view the
related data of the transaction files in detail.

Just like in almost any other program:
Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 9999
Enter the number of the company for which you would like to maintain a label batch.
If you do not know the number you can also select the data record via the Search Function.
Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 9999
Enter the number of the branch for which you would like to maintain a label batch.
If you do not know the number you can also select the data record via the Search Function.
Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 99999999
Enter the number of the batch file for which you would like to maintain the data. If you do not know the number you can also select the data record via the Search Function.
Note:
Do not enter a number if you would like to create a
new batch. The batch number is assigned automatically by the system when you
click on the button Create Label.
Permitted input range: DDMMYYY (day, month, year)
In this input field, the date on which the label batch has been created is stored.
Permitted input range: HHMSS (hour, minute, second)
In this input field, the time at which the label batch has been created is stored.
Permitted input range: alphanumeric, max. 40 chars.
Enter a text to describe this label batch.
Activated: The
transactions for this label batch have been confirmed/ printed.
Deactivated: The transactions for
this label batch have not been
confirmed / printed
