Remarks on the Program Function
The data for the valid Miles & More parameter can be updated in this program. Data which already exists can be displayed for information.
With this program you can maintain the calculation of miles depending of the turnover.

This paragraph will provide a short overview over the options available for updating these Basic Data.
Just like in almost any other program:
Permitted input range: numeric, 1 - 9999
Enter the number of the company for which the defined Miles & More parameter are to be valid. If you do not know the number, you can also select the data record via the Search Function.
Permitted input range: numeric, 1 – 99999
Enter the number of the country for which the defined Miles & More parameter are to be valid. If you do not know the number, you can also select the data record via the Search Function.
Entry range permitted: alphanumeric max. 20 pos.
Enter the name of the item in this field. There are no restrictions for the name.
Entry range permitted: alphanumeric max. 10 pos.
Enter the name of the Award Code in this field.
Entry range permitted: alphanumeric max. 255 pos.
Enter the internet address (URL) in this field, for the communication with the miles a& more server.
Note:
The prerequisite for an online request to the miles & more server is, that the calculated receipt turnover reaches the predetermined value for the "Minimum of miles pay".

Enter in this field a value to determine the turnover for the credit of miles.

Enter in this field a value to determine the miles given per turnover.

Enter in this field a value to determine the minimum turnover for miles to collect.
Example:
The calculation for give miles effected after deduction of discounts and promotions. The calculation of given miles also take account of departments excluded from turnover.

The customer can collect miles for items (except the items of departments excluded from turnover) and then redeem them during the next purchase.
Depending of the specified values in the fiels (Miles, Turnover and Minimum of miles pay) the customer is able to pay with collected miles.
