Outworker Order

The following program description deals with:

Remarks on the Program Function

By use of this program, you can maintain data of the outworker orders, i.e. create new records, modify or delete existing data. You can view already stored data for information purposes.

Basically, an outworker order consists of two parts: the formal data and the concrete repair orders which are to be sent to an outworker.

In a first step, the formal data is created via the program Outworker Order, i.e. you give an outworker order note number, enter the outworker, define the date, time etc. Basically, you create a table in which the actual entries, the repair orders to be sent, are still missing, though.

In the second step, you make the missing entries. These are the repair orders which are assigned to the outworker order. This assignment happens via the program Outworker Order Position.

Notes:
The outworker order is only finished correctly by confirmation with  key after saving your entries. When you have confirmed an outworker order, you can still view the data but you cannot change them. At the same time, this state finishes the outworker order.

A confirmed outworker order is the basis of an Outworker Delivery.
