SafePay device configuration

SafePay is a complete system for cash and automated coin and note counting at the terminal. A drawer is no longer necessary. SafePay accepts cash from the customer and calculates the change. The cashier only needs to insert notes into the bank note module. The coin module is operated by the customer only.

 

The following parameters must be set in MICROS Retail OSCAR POS for SafePay device configuration:

 

 


SafePay functions list

The functions described below can be entered as text nos. in a text group and can be linked to the operator in field SafePay menu. Most Safepay functions are called up automatically by the POS program and should not be visible in the operator menu. This menu is called up at the terminal with key event <SPFUNC>.
