Additional Task sheets to be created during the Generate Automatic Task Assignment process. When the 'No Service Task Sheet' option is selected, an additional Task Sheet will be created that contains all rooms that are not scheduled for service. When the 'Do Not Disturb Task Sheet' option (available when Function GUEST SERVICE STATUS is active) is selected, all Rooms that are set to Do not Disturb via the Guest Service Status screen will be assigned to a separate Task Sheet. Leaving this setting blank keeps the original Task Assignment functionality.

Set Guest Service requests for an occupied room.

Update Occupied Room Status
The housekeeping module of the night audit procedure will update all vacant rooms with a higher room status in the hierarchy to the status selected here. If no status is selected then the room status of vacant rooms will not be changed. The room status hierarchy is either Dirty->Clean->Pickup->Inspected(when Inspected active) or Dirty->Pickup->Clean (when Inspected not active).

The Heartbeat function provides up-to-the-minute housekeeping information on room availability, room status, and other factors. Use Search to find housekeeping information by property, date, or specific classes of rooms such as villas, cabins, or others.
- Heartbeat updates room information each time you search.
- Search results show a room summary, room status, room activity, complimentary/house-use rooms, and room projections.
- Hyperlinked numbers open screens showing additional information specific to the number.
- Set the Room Class parameter function to Active to enable the Room Class search filter.
How Do I . . .
View Room Summaries
The Room Summary area of the Heartbeat screen displays the number of Physical Rooms, Available Rooms, Out of Service rooms, and Out of Order rooms at the Property.
- Out of Order rooms - rooms deducted from the physical room inventory. Out of Order rooms reduce the number of available rooms.
- Out of Service rooms - rooms not deducted from the physical room inventory. Out of Service rooms do not affect the number of available rooms.

View Room Status
The Room Status area of the Heartbeat screen provides counts of Vacant, Assigned, and Occupied rooms for each of the following room conditions: Inspected, Clean, Pick Up, or Dirty. Room Status counts for Queue, Skip, and Sleep indicate the following:
- Queue - Guests who arrive too early for check in and are waiting for their rooms.
- Skip - Rooms that are supposed to be occupied, but are found to be vacant.
- Sleep - Rooms that are supposed to be vacant, but are found to be occupied.

View Room Activity
The Activity area of the Heartbeat screen provides the current count of Rooms, Persons, and VIPs under the following categories: Arrivals, Departures, Stayovers, Extended Stay, and Day Use. Expected, Actual, and Cancels subcategories provide greater details to Arrival counts and to Departure counts.
The screen also shows you the average Check In time for the current business date of the property.

View Complimentary / House Use
The Complimentary / House Use area of the Heartbeat screen provides the current count of rooms, persons, and VIPs in two categories: Complimentary and House Use. Within each category you can view the number of rooms, persons, and VIPs broken down further by Arrivals, Departures, and Stayovers.

View Daily Projections
The Daily Projections area of the Heartbeat screen displays the current count of Groups and Blocks, Individuals, and Occupied Tonight rooms under the following categories: Rooms, Persons, and VIP. Daily Projections also gives you the numbers and revenue associated with groups and blocks not picked up, minimum availability, the percentage of rooms occupied, room revenue, average daily rate, RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room), and total revenue.
