Purpose: These chapters provide reference information for use throughout the system.

• Chapter 144: Displaying More Options describes several options related to Order Inquiry, Order Maintenance and Order Entry that are not available on the regular screens.

• Chapter 145: Loading Address Updates describes how to load and process a tape containing Sold To Customer address updates, and how to review changed and unchanged customer information.

• Chapter 146: Entering Japanese Addresses describes the screens you use for the alternate address format in order entry, maintenance, and inquiry.
