Use Case: Searching for an Assisted Service User
This use case lets an internal user with the CSRAdministrator role search for all Assisted Service application users. Main Path for Searching for a User
The main path occurs when a CSR administrator selects Internal Users from the Main Menu, and enters the user ID on the View Internal Users page. Alternate Paths for Searching for a User
The following alternate paths can occur in this use case:
- A CSR administrator specifies the first and last name of the user, the user's email address, role, or status value on the View Internal Users page, then clicks Submit.
- A CSR administrator enters a full or partial wildcard character search in one or more of the fields on the View Internal Users page, then clicks Submit. Valid wildcard characters are % and *.

This module displays the following elements:
- Module title text: Search Internal Users
- Text and blank field for data entry: User ID Field
- Text and blank field for data entry: First Name Field
- Text and blank field for data entry: Last Name Field
- Text and blank field for data entry: Email Field
- Text and drop-down list: Role List
- Text and drop-down list: Status List
- Text: Enter a value for at least one of the options and click Submit.
- Button: Submit
Action: Searches for the use and displays the Search Results module.
- Button: Cancel
Action: Cancels the action.
