Use Case: Viewing an Assisted Service User's Information


This use case lets a CSR administrator view details about another Assisted Service user, including the user's name, address, phone numbers, service provider, email address, role, and status.

Main Path for Viewing an Assisted Service User's Information

The main path occurs when a CSR administrator searches for an agent user, then clicks a user ID on the View Internal Users page, to display the User Information dialog with the agent's details.
