Use Case: Deleting an Assisted Service User


This use case lets a CSR administrator delete an Assisted Service application user, including other CSR administrator, CSR, and Merchant users.

Main Path for Deleting an Assisted Service User

The main path occurs when a CSR administrator clicks Delete on the Internal User Information dialog box to display the Delete Internal User Information page.
