Use Case: Creating a New Assisted Service User


This use case lets a CSR administrator create new Assisted Service application users, including other CSR administrators, CSRs, and Merchant users.

Main Path for Creating a New Assisted Service User

The main path occurs when a CSR administrator selects Internal Users from the Main Menu, then clicks Create to display the Create Internal User Information page.

Alternate Paths for Creating a New Assisted Service User

An alternate path occurs when a CSR administrator clicks Create.
