In your browser, enter the page location provided to you by your agent supervisor or systems administrator, and log into the Agent Console using your credentials (user ID and password).

Once logged in, the Oracle Commerce Cloud Service dashboard is displayed. The dashboard provides graphs and lists related to agent-specific orders including details pertaining to return requests and pending actions. The price group menu provides a graph showing the number of orders and order value in each selected price group. By default, your storefront has a minimum of one price group. Lists are also provided to show announcements and quick links to assist with agent productivity.

From the dashboard, you can click buttons to access the Orders, Customers, and the Returns Processing search pages.

In the upper right corner, click the arrow next to your name to access Help or log out of the Agent Console.
