About Oracle 6.4 TB NVMe SSD v2s

Oracle 6.4 TB NVMe SSD v2 is designed to deliver high-performance and reliable flash memory. This small form factor SSD storage drive interfaces with the server directly over Gen3 PCI Express (PCIe) and provides a high-bandwidth, low-latency, flash-based caching tier for various enterprise workloads. Oracle 6.4 TB NVMe SSD integrates a high-performance Non-Volatile Memory Express (NVMe) controller interface. Oracle 6.4 TB NVMe SSD v2 is designed with advanced enterprise multi-level cell TLC 3D NAND 64-tier technology for high-level performance and write durability.

Oracle servers configured with Oracle 6.4 TB NVMe SSD v2s offer high performance with low latency and a low processor (CPU) burden. The Oracle 6.4 TB NVMe SSD v2 is a PCIe Gen3 storage drive that is designed with the high-performance controller interface – NVMe (Non-Volatile Memory Express), delivering leading performance, low latency, and high quality of service. Oracle 6.4 TB NVMe SSD v2 is a block storage device, with block sizing optimization capabilities. You can use the Oracle 6.4 TB NVMe SSD for either nonpersistent or persistent data.
