Miscellaneous Report Group

Audit Invalid Login Report - The Audit Invalid Login report shows the user name, the date and time, the workstation, and the user log action description for invalid login attempts, that is, attempts to access OPERA with an invalid user ID and/or an invalid password.

Audit User Log Report - The Audit User Log report shows all actions recorded in the OPERA User Activity Log for the selected user(s) and/or user group(s) in the date range covered by the report.

Audit Simultaneous Login Report - For each simultaneous login by the same user on a distinct workstation, the Audit Simultaneous Login report shows the user name, the date and time of the simultaneous login, the workstation the user has logged into, and the other workstations to which the user is already logged in.

Balance Check Report - The Balance Check Report lists the output of the ledger imbalance checks for any date earlier than the current business date.

E-Certificates per Day/per Property - The E-Certificates per Day/per Property report displays the e-certificates that have been expired, issued, or consumed at a property within a defined date range. This report can also filter the output by the e-certificate status (consumed, expired, or issued) and/or by the e-certificate issue type (assigned, opt-in, or purchased).

Global 2000 Export Integrity Report - The Global 2000 Export Integrity Report assists with the verification of Global 2000 data prior to the transmission. Records listed on the report show discrepancies either related to the CRP account or the Frequent Flyer Program.

Frequency of Reports - The Frequency of Reports Report generates statistics about all the reports configured in the hotel.

No Post Flag Activity Log - The No Post Flag Activity Log report displays user log changes specific to the no-post flags on reservations. Since reservations can be modified by any user who has permission, it can lead to potentially non-qualified people to determine whether the guest is allowed to charge to the room.

Offline Credit Card Settlements Pending - The Offline Credit Card Settlements Pending report displays a list of all of the pending offline credit card settlements.

Police Report - The Police Report was created to adhere to legal reporting requirements for those properties located in Portugal. The properties are required to print a report for all arrivals and departures of the day with the a.m. information on a daily basis.  Accompanying guests on a reservation will be included on the report output.

Property Overview - This report displays Daily Statistics (Today, Yesterday, and MTD), Weekly Forecast (Arrival Rooms, Departure Rooms, Total Rooms, ADR, and Occupancy), and Arrival information (VIP, Membership Type, and Specials with Title, Name, Arrival, Departure, Room Type, Room #, Rate, and Arrival Time).

Registration Card - The Registration Card Report displays all registration cards and corresponding information that have been printed for a given date. This report is specific to countries located in Italy, and must therefore be manually added to the Reports Menu.

Revenue Export - The Revenue Export report displays all revenues which have been exported for a particular date.

Service Recovery Request - This report displays a list of Service Requests for the requested time frame (Status, Open date range, Closed date range, Department, Priority, and sorted by Room, Open date, Service Request Code).

Service Request Comparison - This report displays a comparison of Service Requests for two months. It will compare the Total Requests (totaled for all departments), Time to Complete/Follow Up, Requests by Department, and Requests by Priority. The report will display all requests that have been opened during the month, disregarding what status the requests currently have.

Service Request Configuration - This report displays a list of all configured Service Request Codes along with the Description, Department, and Editable Y/N columns.

Service Requests - This report displays a list of Service Requests for the requested time frame (Status, Open date range, Closed date range, Department, Priority, and sorted by Room, Open date, Service Request Code).

Spain Police Report - Use the Spain Police Report to verify the ES_POLICE_EXPORT and ES_POLICE_EXPORT_DAY export information prior to creating the export and uploading it to the designated police website. Available when the Country Mode = ES.

Transport Report - Use the Transportation report to display those Reservations and In house Reservations that have requested Transportation service.

User Activity Log - The User Activity Log report will display all activity that has taken place by user, group, type of activity, etc., for the date specified.

Wake Up Calls User Activity Log - The Wake Up Call report displays all logged and deleted wake up calls for a room number, specific date, or specific guest.
