Report Groups

Standard report groups and reports are created on provisioning of OPERA Cloud. For more information, see Configuring Reports and configure additional report groups in these report groups to suit your needs.

For example, you may configure a report group for 'Club Floor' and configure the various reports needed by users, these reports preset with the club floor room class in their report filters.

You can also restrict user access to specific reports groups; for example, the housekeeping role can be restricted to have access to only the housekeeping report group.

OPERA Cloud automatically creates a user task for each report group created, which can then be assigned to user roles in Role Manager to restrict access to specific report groups.

Report groups marked INTERNAL are used for managing stationery templates such as contracts, statements, confirmation letters, folios and receipts. For more information, see Generating Reports. These stationery report groups do not display in the report group list on the Run Report application page and do not need to be assigned to user roles.

The following report groups are automatically created on provisioning of your OPERA Cloud property.
