If you have been invited for a private bid, then you receive an RFB business process form that is not configured for public bidding. In such case, the upper form and detail form contain the following elements:
- Go to you Project/Shell, User mode.
- From the left-hand Navigator, click Logs and open a RFB BP.
- Open a record.
The record details screen opens with the following elements:

The Menu Options enables to do and access the following:
- Show
To show the details of the received form (Winning Bid, First name, Last Name, Company, User Id) and supporting information.
- Auto-create
To auto create scheduled runs.

To print the form (HTML, PDF, Custom)
- Reload
To reload the information presented.
- AutoVue Review
To preview an attachment.
- Terminate Record
- Transfer Ownership
- Undo Accept Task
- Help
To access the BP help and User Productivity Kit)
- Close
