Managing the Customer 360 job

You can manage the Customer 360 job from the Data feeds page. You can also manage the job by accessing individual runs of the job from the Jobs dashboard.

To manage the Customer 360 job from the Data feeds page:

  1. Click the Oracle icon Image of the application navigation button. Use it to access the different parts of Oracle Unity. in the bottom-right corner to open the navigation menu.
  2. Select Data feeds.
  3. Locate the job titled System - Customer 360 job. It is listed at the top of the list along with all the other Oracle Unity system jobs.

  4. Click the Action menu (An image of the action button. Use it to open the action menu.) for the job and select a customization option.

  • Change schedule: Update the schedule and notification configuration for the job.
  • Start: Run the job on demand. Monitor the progress of the job in the Jobs dashboard.
  • Stop: Interrupt a run of the job that is in progress.
