Using the Customer 360 job
You can review the output of the Customer 360 job from the Profile explorer page. The Profile explorer allows you to do the following:
- Search for and review customer profiles.
- Review a list of all values for one attribute in a customer profile and compare it to the information in the Master Entity data object. For example, you can review all addresses and phone numbers listed for one customer profile and compare that information to the master record of that customer. Learn more about Master entities.
- Apply intelligent attributes to individual customer profiles. For example, you can get values such the average order value, lifetime spending amount, and the top product purchased for each customer profile. This allows you to get more insight into the characteristics and purchasing behavior of customers. Learn more about Intelligent attributes.
- Review all purchases matched to one customer profile.
